This item came a little mishandled. The packaging wasn't great. Considering the liner is a very thick rubber, needless to say, the liner became very malformed it in transport to me. However, I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. The customer service is grade A. I have decided to keep the liner. After a few evenings in a warm room, the liner seemed to go back to its original shape. I am pleased with the product. It looks and fits perfectly in my car. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller.
